Get into the daily practice of reflecting on your day. Find a quiet and comfortable place to wind down from the busy of your day. Once you find this peaceful place take a deep breath in, hold for 5 secs and exhale slowly. Repeat this 5 times and then begin writing in your journal. Start with writing what you are grateful for, followed by some of your challenges of the day, then your victories of the day.
